ABBA Omnibus website updates

A lot has happened since the new ABBA Omnibus website was launched in July.

After going live with the Songs, Discs, Fans, Buy, ShowYearsAskWhen, and New sections, Stage (ABBA in concert, on television, film, and home video) and Facts (who, what, and where of ABBA) have been carried over to the new site.

The Fans section of limited numbered editions has been expanded, thanks to my friends at ABBAtalk for sharing their data. The Ask section has had several years of past questions and answers added. Some new pages have been added in the Show section for new and upcoming releases.

Some other exciting new information has been added, including the previously unknown set list of ABBA’s tour of Europe in November 1974 and January 1975. If you’ve ever wondered just how many ABBA songs there are, you can now find the list of Canon ABBA Songs in the Songs section. The list of musicians who played on ABBA’s records is also completed and can also be found in Songs.

Sister site The ABBA Phenomenon in Australia has also grown and now contains the full Australian discography of ABBA albums and singles in all formats. Still to come are the home video releases and solo projects.

That’s alongside all the details on ABBA’s 1977 tour, 1976 promotional visit, ABBA – The Movie, the National commercials, and the Keep Australia beautiful campaign.

In other news the ongoing #ABBA50at50 on Instagram, commemorating the 50th anniversary of ABBA’s debut album Ring Ring, is coming to an end soon.

Check out the curated selection of videos on the ABBA Omnibus YouTube channel, including some exclusive content. Keep up to date with all the latest by following ABBA Omnibus on Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Threads.
